our website, adding features, promotions

username and password) our members section,
a persistent cookie will be able to allow
you to skip the log in process everytime

loss/gain of our members.

Policy. If we are going to use

Information. However, if you choose
not to submit this, you will not be able
to sign up for any of our online products
or promotions.

Profile and Account Information or you

or deletions will not have any effect
on any other information we hold, or
the information that we may have provided
to Third Parties, provided it is sent
prior to the requested update, amendment,
or deletion.
Please make note, it is not technologically possible to update, amend, or delete
each and every record of information that you have provided to us, as we
need to back-up our systems to protect information against unintended loss,
a copy of your Personally Identifiable Information may exist in a non-erasable
form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Following receipt
of your request, we promise to take practical steps to update, amend, or
delete all appropriate Personally Identifiable Information stored in our
actively used databases and other readily searchable media.
